[摘要]目的 探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止死胎妊娠的临床效果。方法 2008年6月至2009年12月在山东省汶上县计划生育服务站要求终止死胎妊娠12～16周的女性60例，给予米非司酮配伍米索前列醇序贯用药，观察其临床效果。结果 23～72小时死胎排出100%；流血量不超过100ml者为86.7%；随访对象2月内转经者100%，且无一例出现流、引产术后并发症。结论 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于孕12～16周死胎引产，方便、安全、有效，为死胎引产提供了一种新途径。

    The clinical observation of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of 60 cases in stillbirth pregnancies LI Ying. Wenshang Xian Family Planning Service Station, Shandong 272501, China

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of 60 cases atillbirth pregnancy. Methods 60 cases of 12w~16w stillbirth pregnancies were sequential treatment with mifepristone and misoprostol. Results Within 72 hours all the stillbirths were discharged; 86.7% of the patients bled less than 100ml; 100% of the follwed-up patients turned to menstrual within two mouths, and no patients appear complications. Conclusions Mifepristone combined with misoprostol for abortion in stillbirth pregnancy is safe and effective. ......
