【摘要】目的 为了观察体外循环下心内直视手术围术期护理与疗效。方法 全部患者均采用细致的心理护理,术前术后病情密切观察以及对术后并发症的防治等方法。结果 115例体外循环下心内直视手术病人治愈114例(99.1%),其中术后并发肺部感染和出血各2例,经积极处理痊愈;1例死于低心排综合征(0.9%)。结论 加强体外循环下心内直视手术围术期的护理是保证手术安全、减少病死率及术后并发症的重要环节。

    Perioperative Nursing Care for 155 Patients undergoing Open Heart Surgery With Extracorporeal Circulation

    【Abstract】Objective To observe the perioperative nursing care under open heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation and its effectiveness.Methods All patients were treated with careful mental nursing,pre-and post-operative disease state observation and corresponding prevention and cure of postoperative complications. Results of 115 cases undergoing open heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation,114(99.2%)were cured,2complicated with postoperafive pulmonary infection and 2 in presence of hemorrhage who were also cured after positive treatment.However one (0.8%) care died oflow cardiac output syndrome.Conclusion Appropriate perioperative nursing care in open heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation can be a critical link to safeguard of surgical safety anddecrease in case fatality and postoperative complications. ......
