【摘要】护理人力资源的合理应用,是新形势下护理管理面临的一项重要课题。通过调查分析我院护理人力资源配置现状,发现问题,提出建议和对策,增加护理队伍整体功能,明确护理岗位的内涵,增强护理队伍的稳定性、科学性,合理使用护理人力资源,确保护理质量和护理安全。

    【Abstract】Nowadays, one of the most important tasks confronting the care work management in hospitals is how to appropriately allocate the human resources. We should discover and try to solve the existing problems based on investigation and analysis of the current situation of the human resource configuration in our hospital. The overall function should be strengthened and the intrinsic meaning of the job should be cleared. Besides, we should also make the configuration of the human resources more stable, scientific and reasonable in order to ensure the quality and safety of the care work.
