【摘要】目的 通过观察瑞香狼毒正交炮制品对大鼠抗炎试验,对所得数据进行正交分析进而筛选出抗炎效果最好的一种炮制工艺。方法 根据瑞香狼毒抗炎作用,瑞香狼毒水煎膏对试验性金黄色葡萄球菌创伤溶菌酶含量测定实验观察9种工艺的抗炎作用。并选出对其抗炎作用影响的主要炮制因素最佳炮制工艺。结果 抗炎效果最佳工艺A1B3C1。
