初诊2型糖尿病患者短期胰岛素强化治疗40例疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 了解胰岛素强化治疗后，胰岛B细胞功能恢复及对急性糖代谢紊乱控制情况。方法 胰岛素强化治疗(常规多次皮下注射)，比较治疗前后的空腹、餐后2小时血糖，HbA1c。结果 40例患者的均获满意效果。结论 给予患者胰岛素强化治疗的方法进行治疗效果明显，可有效控制患者的血糖标准。
