锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床体会

【摘要】 目的 探讨锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床效果分析。方法 选取2011年1月——2011年9月来我院接受治疗的100例四肢骨折患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，给予观察组患者采用普通的接骨板内固定的治疗方式，给予对照组患者采用锁定加压钢板内固定的治疗方式将两组患者的疗效进行对比。结果 观察组的优良率为66%，对照组的优良率为98%，无论在治疗效果还是在并发症方面，对照组都比观察组要好得多。结论 采用锁定加压钢板内固定的治疗方式为四肢骨折患者治疗具有合乎生物力学方面的巨大优势，值得在临床上广泛推广和应用。
