【摘要】 目的 针对肝胆外科常见护理的风险进行分析并提出相关的对策。方法 选取2011年10月至2013年10月期间经肝胆外科出现的护理风险进行回顾性分析，并提出相关的具有针对性的应对措施。结果 护理风险的产生与很多因素有关，包括：①患者因素；②社会因素；③组织管理因素；④护理人员自身的因素。结论 通过对肝胆外科出现的护理风险进行研究分析，并对护理危险提出针对性的对策，从而减少了护理风险的发生率。
