【摘要】 目的 探讨食管胃高位胸顶吻合加纵膈胸膜减张覆盖在食管癌手术中的应用价值。方法 59例食管癌患者均实施食管胃高位胸顶吻合术联合纵膈胸膜减张覆盖术，吻合口采用机械吻合，位于胸顶部。结果 59例患者均痊愈，无吻合口瘘及幽门痉挛的发生。结论 食管胃高位胸顶吻合联合纵膈胸膜减张覆盖术手术创伤较小，术后并发症少，有利于提高食管癌患者的生存质量，值得推广。
