儿外科护理差错风险及防范对策的分析

【摘 要】目的：探讨儿外科护理工作中存在的差错风险及防范对策。方法：对2009年3月～2010年2月儿外科护理中存在的差错进行原因分析整理；2010年6月～2011年5月对儿外科护理差错进行干预，并将收治2634例患儿分为实验组与对照组，实验组对护理差错进行干预，对照组不进行干预，对两组差错隐患结果分别分类对照及整体对照。结果: 对儿外科护理差错进行干预后，无论是从简单的分类对照，还是用ssps13.o统计软件对照分析，实验组效果均优于对照组，p<0.05,有统计学意义。结论：对儿外科护理差错进行干预，不仅使儿外科护士在工作中建立起较强的风险意识和法律意识，也能提高预见问题的能力，有效避免了护理差错的发生。

【Abstract】Target：Discussion of the nursing error and the relative precaution measures existed in the children surgery.Measure：2009.3-2010.2Analyze the reason of the existion of the nursing error in the children surgery;2010.6-2011.5Interfere the nursing error, while make the 2634 sick children divided into two groups-experiment and the normal control.The experiment group interfere the nursing error while the others not.Then compare the two gruops seperately and on the whole.Result：After the intervention of the nursing error, either from the simple classification control, or with the comparative analysis of statistical software ssps13.o ,the experimental group results were better than the control group, p <0.05, which is statistically significant.Conclusion：The intervention of the nursing error not only make the nurse of the children surgery establish high awareness of the danger and the law,but also promote their ability of forseeing the trouble to avoid the nursing error.
