【摘 要】目的：探讨根管治疗和根尖倒充填术联合治疗难治性根尖周炎的护理配合体会及注意事项。方法：回顾性分析我科门诊从2007年5月- 2008年3月根管治疗和根尖倒充填术联合治疗慢性根尖周炎患者的护理配合，包括做好充分的术前准备、心理护理，强调术中术后配合。结果：15例患者术程顺利，经治疗后症状缓解，术后无并发症发生，随访预后良好。结论：周密的术前准备，术中熟练的操作配合，术后的健康指导等护理配合，是难治性根尖周炎治疗成功的重要保证。

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the root canal treatment and apical end filling combined with treatment refractory periapical care with the experience and precautions. Methods：A retrospective analysis of my outpatient treatment from May 2007 March - 2008 root canal treatment and retrograde filling combined with the care of patients with chronic periapical tie, including the make adequate preoperative preparation, psychological care stressed with the intraoperative and postoperative.Results：15 patients intraoperative Chengshun Li, after treatment, symptom relief, with no postoperative complications, follow-up is a good prognosis.
