【摘 要】目的：探讨骨科手术病人拔尿管后发生尿潴留的护理干预效果。方法：对我科2011年1月- 2011年12月手术病人拔尿管后发生尿潴留97例病人进行分析，对照组47例施行常规护理，干预组50例在常规护理的基础上予早期关闭镇痛泵、听流水声诱导排尿、指压穴位、热敷、按摩膀胱区等护理干预，比较2组病例的自行排尿情况。结果：干预组自行排尿明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：实施良好的护理干预，能明显减少骨科手术病人拔尿管后尿潴留发生率和再次导尿率
