【摘 要】目的：探讨泰勒宁用于下肢血管疾病导致的疼痛的止痛效果及安全性。方法：回顾我科2011年2月- 2011年10月，应用泰勒宁片治疗下肢血管疾病疼痛患者30例,对其效果及不良反应进行评价。结果：镇痛效果：治疗前患者疼痛程度均值为(7.0±2.0),其中中度疼痛12例(40%),重度疼痛18例(60%)。治疗后1、3、7d疼痛程度分别降至(3.8±1.5),(2.5±0.8),(1.9±0.7)。与治疗前疼痛程度比较差异均有显著意义(P<0.01) [1- 4]。治疗疼痛缓解总有效率为90%。没有发现与泰勒宁有关的药物过敏、呼吸抑制、精神依赖等严重不良反应。结论：泰勒宁片用于治疗下肢血管疾病疼痛起效快、疗效明显且不良反应少见。

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the analgesic effects and safty of Tylox on lower extremity ischemic pain.Methods： From February 2011 to October 2011,30 cases were given Tylox for the lower extremity ischemic pain, The analgesic effects and side effects were observed and recorded.Results：Before treatment, the mean value of pain was 7.0±2.0, 12 cases had moderate pain(40%) and 18 cases had serious pain.Pain was released to 3.8±1.5, 2.5±0.8, 1.9±0.7 at 1,3,7day respectively after given Tylox.
