【摘 要】目的：分析讨论彩色多普勒方法超声心动图对老年性退行性心瓣膜病诊断的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性研究2005年6月至2010年6月在我院老年养护中心门诊及住院患有冠心病及高血压性心脏病患者469例，均进行超声心动图检查，应用彩超取胸骨旁及心尖四腔心等切面，常规检查心腔、大血管内径及室壁厚度的测量，重点观察各瓣膜形态结构、动度、功能及狭窄程度等情况。结果：老年退行性心瓣膜病主要侵犯主动脉瓣，其次为二尖瓣，三尖瓣和肺动脉瓣偶有受累，主要为瓣膜钙化和增厚，引起功能障碍，导致心脏结构和功能改变。结论：超声心动图对老年退行性心瓣膜病能明确诊断，为临床诊断和治疗提供依据，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Conclusion Echocardiography in older degenerative heart valve disease can make clear diagnosis, to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, has high value of clinical application. ......
