【摘 要】目的：观察羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床疗效。方法：羊膜移植治疗21例( 21眼) 真菌性角膜溃疡患者, 术后观察病灶愈合情况及角膜透明程度。结果：溃疡均达到临床治愈, 角膜面残留不同程度的瘢痕。结论：羊膜移植是治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的一种安全有效的方法。

    【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical effect of fresh amnioticm embrane transplantation in refractory corneal ulcer. Method：Fresh am nioticmem brane transplantation was performed in 21atients( 21eyes) with Fungal corneal ulcer, then investigated the healing of corneal ulcer and the transparency o f the cornea. Results：All 21 patients with Fungal corneal ulcer was recovery, leaving different cicatr ices on the ulcer surface. Conclusion：Fresh amnioticm embrane transplanta tion is an effective treatm ent of co rneal ulcers.
