【摘 要】建立蒙成药阿那日-6含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法测定胡椒碱的含量，色谱柱为DiamonsilC18 柱，流动相为甲醇-水(75：25)，检测波长为343nm。胡椒碱的线性范围为0.0381～0.762μg，范围内呈良好的线性关系(r＝0.99999)，平均加样回收率为97.4%，R SD为1.5%，该方法具有简便、快速、准确等特点，可用于本品的质量控制。

    【ABSTRACT】objeetive：A HPLC method waw established for Content determination of Hydroxysafflor yellow A of prepared Mongolia traditional medicine, anari-six.Methods：A Diamonsil C18 column was used,the mobile phase was methand-water (75:25),the detection wavelength was 343nm.The Linear range was within 0.0381～0.762μg, r＝0.99999.The average recovery rate was 97.4% and RSD was 1.5%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be be used for the quality control of anari-six.
