喀什地区维吾尔族城乡居民饮食习惯及其影响因素的分析

     【摘 要】目的:分析喀什地区维吾尔族人群膳食模式及其影响因素,为进一步研究维吾尔族人群食管癌高发危险因素提供科学依据。方法:抽取喀什地区11个县市、33个城镇社区、55个乡镇,每个县市抽取3个城镇社区、5个乡镇,每个县随机抽取50名城镇居民,每个乡随机抽取30名农村居民, 对30岁以上维吾尔族城乡居民进行饮食习惯及其影响因素调查,共收到有效问卷2152份。 结果:喀什地区维吾尔族人群饮食习惯分为:喜肉食、喝热烫茶、喜食汤饭等烫热食品,食速快,食用绿色蔬菜及水果少,蛋奶类食品摄入量较低,不喜食豆类食品。结论:喀什地区维吾尔族人群膳食模式受经济情况及生活方式等多种因素影响。

    【Abstract】Objective:To Analysis the dietary patterns and their influencing factors of Uighur population in Kashi prefecture and to provide a scientific basis for the further study of Uyghur population Esophageal Cancer risk factors.Methods:Totally collecting the 2152 valid questionnaires, evenly filled by the 30-year-old Uighur from 33 communities, 55 towns in 11 counties. The way is randomly selected 3 communities and 5 towns from each county. Then randomly selected a sample of 50 resident from each community and 30 villagers from each town and surveyed their eating habits and influencing factors.Results:Uyghur’s eating habits in Kashi is mainly keen on meat, scalding tea, eating hot soup, fast food and the number of the consumption of green vegetables and fruit, eggs and milk is low, at the same time do not like eating beans.Conclusion:The dietary patterns of Uyghur in Kashi are affected by economic conditions and lifestyle factors. ......
