【摘 要】目的：深讨高龄经尿道前列腺汽化电切术术后的护理。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年10月至2011年5月2年间89例高龄经尿道前列腺汽电化切术的临床资料，总结其术后疼痛程度、留置导尿管时间、住院天数、术后有无病发症及护理特点。结果::术后疼痛较轻，平均留置尿管的时间为4.5天，平均住院天数10，全部患者顺利恢复出院，无严重并发症。结论：术后患者疼痛轻、恢复快。缜密的护理措施有利于防止术后并后症，促进康复。

    【Abstract】Objective：To discuss the methods of nursing care after transurethrai reaection of the prostate. Methods：To analyze the data of 89 cases of transurethrai resection of the prostate in our hospital from October 2009 to May 2011,and to summarize the level of pain after operation,the time which the catheter keeps,the number of days of hospitalization,whether there is complication after operaion and the characters of nursing care.Results：The level of pain after operation was slight.The average time of keeping the catheter was 4.5 days.The average time of hospitalization was 10 days.All the pa-care is good to prevent the complication.Conclusion：The patients suffered very slight pain and recoveredsoon.The meticulous nursing care is good to prevent the complication after operation and can enhance recovery. ......
