循证护理教学在临床护理教学中的应用

     【摘 要】目的:探讨循证护理教学在临床护理教学中的应用效果。 方法:将2011年在我科实习70名护理专业学生随机分为实验组和对照组,每组35名,实验组以PBL教学模式进行带教,对照班采用LBL教学法进行带教,两组均于实习后发放调查问卷,并统计调查问卷。结果:实验组的学生在学习态度、综合能力与素质与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),PBL教学法明显优于LBL教学法。结论:将循证医学的方法引入到临床护理教学中调动了学生学习的积极性和主动性,使学生在掌握知识的同时提高了运用知识的能力和水平。

    【Abstract】Aim discuss the application effect in clinical nursing teaching by using evidence-based teaching. Method:70 nursing students learning the nursing profession in my department 2011 are randomly divided into experimental group and contrast group, 35 members one group. The experimental group with PBL teaching method comes into teaching, The contrast group uses the LBL teaching method, Two groups were handed out the questionnaire after internship and handed in all statistics. As a result, The experimental group is obviously better than contrast group on learning attitude、comprehensive ability. The PBL teaching method is obviously better than the LBL teaching method. Conclusion:the methods of evidence-based medicine into clinical nursing teaching can arouse student learning enthusiasm and initiative, making the student to master the knowledge and improving the ability of using knowledge and level. ......
