【摘 要】目的：探讨舒适护理在剖宫产术后的应用效果。方法：将我院2011年12月至2011年2月收治的120例剖宫产产妇分为观察组和对照组，对照组为常规产区护理组60例，观察组为VIP产区舒适护理组60例，比较两组产妇的心理状况的变化及泌乳量。结果：观察组产妇的观察组的产后抑郁率、失眠率、术后疼痛及满意度显著优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：舒适护理有利于促进剖宫产术后母乳喂养，减轻产妇的疼痛，提高护理质量满意度，促进新生儿正常发育。

    Cesarean section after the comfortable nursing for patients with clinical effect observation

    【Abstrac】Objective：to explore the comfort nursing for patients after cesarean section and application effect. Methods：in our hospital from 2011December to2011February,120 cases of cesarean section were divided into observation group and control group, control group conventional areas of care group 60 cases, observation group for the VIP region of comfort care group 60 cases, were compared between the two groups of mental status changes and amount of lactation. In the observation group, the observation group of maternal postpartum depression, insomnia rate, rate of postoperative pain and satisfaction were significantly better than the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion：comfort care is conducive to the promotion of breast feeding after cesarean section, reduce maternal pain, improve the quality of nursing satisfaction, promote the normal development of newborn. ......
