【摘 要】目的:探讨长期无创机械通气患者静脉营养的护理措施。方法::将92例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭长期无创机械通气患者随机分为对照组(A组)和治疗组(B组)各46例。A组采用常规治疗方法，B组在此基础上加用静脉营养支持治疗及护理。6周后采用生活质量测评表(QOL)进行评估。结果::两组日常生活能力、社会活动情况、抑郁心理状况、焦虑心理症状及QOL总分，住院时间及死亡率比较，差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论::静脉营养护理可提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭长期无创机械通气患者的生活质量，降低死亡率。

    The nursing measures of parenteral nutrition in patients with long- term non- invasive mechanical ventilation

    【Abstract】Objective: To explore the nursing measures of parenteral nutrition in patients being carried with long-term non-invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods: 92 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicating with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were divided into 2 groups randomly, 46 patients per group, a control group(group A),a treatment group(group B).Conventional therapies were used in group A, Conventional therapies added parenteral nutrition and its nursing measures were used in group B. After 6 weeks Quality of Life evaluation form(QOL) were assessed. Results：Compared with the two groups in capacity of daily activities and social activities, occurrence of depression and anxiety, QOL score, length of stay and mortality, there was statistically difference (P <0.01). Conclusion：parenteral nutrition care can improve quality of life and reduce mortality in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating with type Ⅱ respiratory failure meanwhile being carried with long-term non-invasive mechanical ventilation. ......
