【摘 要】目的：探讨小儿脑性瘫痪临床症状与头颅CT形态学改变的关系。方法：对96例小儿脑瘫患者行颅脑CT检查，并对结果进行分析。结果：发现不同病因、分型及合并症的CP患儿其CT表现各有特点。结论：头颅CT形态学检查对小儿脑性瘫痪的病因、分型、合并症及预后评估等方面有一定临床意义。

    【Abstract】Objective. Explore pediatric of cerebral palsy symptoms and clinical head CT morphological changes of the relationship .Methods. 96 cases of patients with cerebral palsy do head CT examination, and the analysis of the results.Results： Find different causes, classification and complications of CP CT shows the children have different features .Conclusion：Head CT morphology inspection for children of cerebral palsy etiology, classification, complications and prognosis assessment have certain clinical significance.
