【摘 要】目的：探讨疤痕子宫在剖宫产术中切口延裂所占比例及预防。方法：对发生子宫切口延裂的主要原因及相关因素进行回顾分析。结果：剖宫产术中切口延裂的发生率为7.32%(62/846)，其中疤痕子宫切口延裂的发生率为18.62(27/145)，切口延裂病例中疤痕子宫占43.55%(27/62)。结论：掌握第一次剖宫产手术指征，控制剖宫产率，提高技术水平，采取相应措施，是降低剖宫术中切口延裂的关键。

【Abstract】Objective：scar the uterus in the cesarean section incision extended split proportion and prevention. The main reason for uterine incision extension of crack and related factors were analyzed retrospectively. Results：of cesarean section incision extended cleft incidence of 7.32%(62/846), which scars the uterine incision extension of crack incidence rate of 18.62 (27/145), the incision extended crack cases scar the uterus accounted for 43.55% (27 / 62). Conclusions：cesarean section indications for the first time, control the rate of cesarean section, to improve the technical level, to take appropriate measures to reduce the Cesarean incision extended crack key.
