     【摘 要】目的:对1起由多细菌性引起的食物中毒进行流行病学调查。方法: 按照卫生部制定食源性疾病调查登记表和GB/T4789《食品卫生微生物检验方法》进行。结果: 受检者46人,其中6份肛拭中4份及拌牛百页中检出致病性大肠埃希氏菌,在30份剩余的熟食卤菜中14份检出奇异变形杆菌、4份副溶血性弧菌、12份溶藻性弧菌。结论: 本次食物中毒是1起由多种病原菌引起的细菌性食物中毒。
