【摘 要】目的：研究护理干预在结肠术后对胃肠功能恢复的临床效果。方法：选取2009年1月～2011年1月间入院治疗的需要进行结肠手术的患者98例，根据其临床资料分为实验组和对照组。其中对照组仅采用常规的护理措施，实验组在对照组基础上应用针对患者自身的综合性康复护理，观察两组的疗效。结果：实验组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、拔胃管时间均小于对照组。结论：对结肠术后患者进行结合其自身情况的护理措施，如功能锻炼、饮食疗法、按摩可以加快胃肠功能的恢复时间，并能够在一定程度上减低并发症的发生率，提升患者的生活质量，可在临床上推广应用。

    【Abstract】Purpose: The study of nursing intervention in the colon postoperative clinical effects, recovery of gastrointestinal function. Method: Selected in January 2009 to January 2011 between the hospitalized treatment the need for colon surgery patients of 98 cases divided into experimental and control groupsaccording to their clinical data. Which the control group using only conventional caremeasures, the experimental group in the control group on the basis of efficacy were observed for the patient''s own comprehensive rehabilitation care. Result: The experimental group of patients with restoration of bowel sounds, first exhaust time,pull the tube time is less than the control group. Conclusion: Colonic postoperative care measures combined with its own situation, such as functional exercise, diet therapy, massage can speed up the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and reduce the incidence of complications to a certain extent, enhance the quality of life of patients can bein clinical application. ......
