布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎疗效观察

【摘 要】目的：探讨布地奈德吸入法在小儿肺炎治疗中的效果。实际操作：将确诊为小儿肺炎的90 例患者随机的平均分成 A和B两组，在给予相同常规治疗的基础上，A 组患者加用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，B组不做改变，一周后对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示： A 组经治愈明显好转的有41例，而B 组治愈好转的只有 25 例，A组的治疗效果明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论：布地奈德对小儿肺炎的治疗方面效果显著，便于临床应用。

【Abstract 】Objective：To explore the method of inhaled budesonide in children with pneumonia curative effect. The actual operation will be diagnosed with pneumonia in children:90 cases were randomly divided into A and B average of two groups, in giving the same on the basis of conventional therapy, group A patients combined with inhalation of budesonide in treating group, B does not change, a week after the treatment were compared between two groups. The results showed: in A group significantly improved the cured41 cases, while group B cure only in 25 cases, the treatment effect of A group was higher than that in group B ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: Budesonide on pediatric pneumonia treatment effect, and is convenient for clinical application.
