【摘 要】目的：观察“头侧位”护理方法在超声波洁牙中的应用效果。方法：2011年10-12月在口腔洁牙过程中，对患者采用头偏向一侧的护理方法。结果：患者发生呛咳的几率为4%，患者对洁牙的耐受率为99.3%，对洁牙室护士的满意度为99.6%。结论：在口腔洁牙过程中，采用“头侧位”护理可以提高患者的舒适度和满意度

The application of “the head-sided position” in ultrasonic scaling
【Abstract】Objective:To observe the effectiveness of “the head-sided position”nursing in teeth cleaning.Method:“the head-sided position” nursing was carried out in teeth cleaning in 10 to 12 in 2011.Result:the patients’choked-up rates in cleaning,the tolerant rates in cleaning,the satisfactory rates on nurses were 1.2%,98.3% and 99.1%,respectively.Conclusion:“the head-sided position“nursing increases patients’comfort and satisfactory rates in teeth cleaning
