【摘 要】目的：探讨前列地尔对糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白的影响。方法：对我院从2011年2月到2012年5月共收治糖尿病肾病患者120例，将其随机平均分为观察组和对照组，两组患者均进行常规治疗，观察组的60例患者在常规治疗的基础上给予前列地尔，对照组的患者仅进行常规治疗，观察两组患者在治疗前后的的尿蛋白、空腹血糖、血清白蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐、总胆固醇等指标变化情况。结果：观察组患者在治疗前后的尿蛋白、空腹血糖、血清白蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐、总胆固醇等指标变化均明显优于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于糖尿病肾病患者来说，前列地尔治疗方法可以明显有效控制患者的尿蛋白，并且还可以保护肾功能，是一种安全的、有效的治疗方法，值得临床进一步推广。
