人工流产术后应用戊酸雌二醇预防宫腔粘连的临床观察

【摘 要】目的：了解高危人工流产术后应用戊酸雌二醇预防宫腔粘连预防作用。方法：随机选择在我院存在高危因素的人工流产的自愿者100例, 分成研究组及对照组, 各50例。研究组在人工流产后开始应用加服低剂量戊酸雌二醇，连续用3个周期, 对照组不给药。比较两组术后3个月宫颈、宫腔粘连情况。结果: 对照组宫腔粘连发生率明显高于研究组( P<0.05)。结论：人工流产后应用戊酸雌二醇对宫腔粘连有一定预防作用。
