聊城市部分早餐油条中铝含量的调查分析

【摘 要】目的：了解聊城市早餐中油条的卫生状况，规范经营行为，保护消费者的健康。方法：对聊城市城区内早餐中油条进行抽样检验。结果：抽检油条样品66份，其中6份样品铝含量符合国家标准要求(≤100mg/ kg)，合格率为9.09%，铝含量平均为327.65mg/kg，最高达768.04mg/ kg。结论：聊城市早餐中油条中铝含量超标较为严重。
