江苏省建湖县2007年—2011年居民食用碘盐监测结果分析(1)

     【摘 要】目的：了解并掌握建湖县居民食用碘盐状况，为进一步加强和完善持续消除碘缺乏病工作提供科学依据。方法：按照《全国碘盐监测方案》和《江苏省碘盐监测实施细则》，2007-2011年共抽取1440份居民户食用碘盐，采用GB/T13052.7—1999《制盐工业通用试验方法碘离子的测定》中直接滴定法进行定量测定，并对监测结果进行分析。结果：2007年—2011年居民户碘盐合格率为100%，碘盐中位数38.62mg/kg，非碘盐率为0.90%，碘盐覆盖率分别为99.10%，合格碘盐食用率99.10%。结论：碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率均在90%以上，达到了碘缺乏病可持续消除状态。
