【摘 要】基层医生转岗全科医生临床实践教学管理模式的建立是基于我院充分利用我院充足的教学资源，国家级临床技能中心的优势，通过临床实践教学管理过程的合理运筹，制定具有符合全科特色的、提升综合能力的转岗培养目标的临床教学大纲；采用以突出培养学员全科诊疗能力、临床技能操作能力为主的教学方式，以及运用分层明确的教学管理、多种人性化的互动教学方法是保证其教学质量的重要管理环节。

    【Abstract】The clinical teaching management model for the primary care doctors transfer to the community general physicians was created based on the rich resources we have in the National Clinical Skills Training Center. To build up the family doctors' critical thinking and the abilities of treat the client and family as a whole human being, the education manage system developes a reasonable logistic management process to create in line with the general characteristics,enhance the comprehensiveability of the transfer. The clinical syllabus is objective and focus on to train the students' all operating and competency-based skills teaching methods, and the variety of human interactive teaching method is to ensure that key management aspect of teaching quality. ......
