【摘 要】目的：总结贲门癌患者围手术期的护理体会，以减少术后并发症。方法：对48例食管、贲门癌患者围手术期的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：47例痊愈出院， 1例死亡(吻合瘘)结论：贲门癌围手术期患者的生理特点进行术前宣教、营养指导、术后病情观察及并发症的预防等护理干预，重视围手术期的观察和护理，可最大限度减少术后并发症，降低患者死亡率，提高术后生命质量
