二甲双胍对胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合症患者性激素和胰岛素水平的影响及疗效观察

【摘 要】目的：探讨二甲双胍治疗胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS-IR)患者的治疗效果。方法：选择2009年2月—2010年6月在我院就诊的PCOS-IR患者46例，给予二甲双胍500mg/次，3次/d，连续治疗4个月。检测治疗前后血清性激素水平和胰岛素水平的变化。结果：治疗后黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、空腹胰岛素(F-INS)较治疗前均有下降，两者比较差异有显著性(p<0.01)。结论：二甲双胍可以降低血清LH、T、F-INS水平，提高胰岛素敏感性，改善临床症状。提高排卵率和妊娠率。

【Abstract 】Objective :To explore metformin in the treatment of insulin resistance in women with polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS-IR ) in patients with therapeutic effect. 2009February - 2010June Methods: selection in our hospital,46 cases of PCOS-IR patients given metformin,500mg/,3 /d, for 4 consecutive months. Before and after treatment were detected serum sex hormone levels and insulin levels. Results After treatment with luteinizing hormone ( LH ), testosterone ( T ), fasting insulin ( F-INS ) as compared with before treatment were decreased, there was significant difference between them ( P < 0.01). Conclusion Metformin can reduce serum LH, T, F-INS levels, improve insulin sensitivity, improve clinical symptoms ......
