【摘 要】目的：探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声技术(TVCDS)对子宫粘膜下肌瘤的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析经手术及病理检查证实的21例粘膜下肌瘤患者的TVCDS诊断。结果：TVCDS对子宫粘膜下肌瘤的诊断符合率为90.0%，其超声表现为四种类型。结论：TVCDS对粘膜下肌瘤具有诊断准确性高、无创性、操作简单等特点，可作为首选检查方法。
