负压冲洗吸引加造口袋治疗切口感染和肠瘘18例的疗效观察(1)

     【摘 要】目的：探讨切口感染和肠瘘的治疗方法。方法：将36例切口感染和肠瘘的患者随机分成2组，每组18例，治疗组采取负压冲洗吸引加造口袋治疗，对照组采取拆开切口缝线，敞开换药，对2组疗效进行比较。结果：治疗组在切口愈合、换药次数、治疗费用、住院天数方面明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：负压冲洗吸引加造口袋治疗切口感染和肠瘘，可加快切口、瘘口愈合，减轻医护工作量，安全可靠的新方法。
