【摘 要】目的：探讨低脂型肠内营养剂加米粉对脑卒中病人腹泻的影响效果。方法：选择脑卒中病人80例，随机分为试验组和对照组，观察低脂型肠内营养剂加米粉对脑卒中病人腹泻的影响。结果：试验组病人腹泻开始时间晚于对照组(P<0.05) ，并且腹泻次数和量较少(P<0.05)。结论：低脂型肠内营养剂加米粉，能防治脑卒中病人各种原因引起的腹泻。值得推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective：To determine if low-fat nutrition enteral emulsion with rice flour has impacts on diarrhea of patients with stroke.
