【摘 要】目的：探讨子痫患者的护理措施。方法：对我院2011年5月—2012年5月6例子痫患者采取的护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果：及时发现病情变化并采取有效的治疗与护理，母婴均痊愈出院。结论：加强产前检查，妊娠期高血压疾病及时治疗能有效预防子痫的发生；适时终止妊娠，可降低孕产妇和围产儿死亡率，剖宫产是终止妊娠的主要方式。
