观察雷贝拉唑、铝碳酸镁及两药联合对胆囊切除后伴有胆汁反流的胃炎的疗效(1)

【摘 要】目的：探讨雷贝拉唑、铝碳酸镁以及两药联合对胆囊切除后伴有胆汁反流胃炎的临床治疗疗效。方法：选取我院在2011年01月到2013年03月收治的90例胆囊切除后伴有胆汁反流胃炎患者随即分A组、B组、C组，A组患者给予单独雷贝拉唑治疗，B组患者给予单独铝碳酸镁治疗，C组患者给予雷贝拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗。结果：A组、B组患者和C组患者在临床疗效总有效率上存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论：雷贝拉唑联合铝碳酸镁应用于治疗胆囊切除后伴有胆汁反流胃炎疗效显著。
