【摘 要】目的：探讨纤维桩核、铸造桩核及成品桩在临床中的应用价值。方法：本次临床研究选择我院2010年1月至2012年1月之间收治的204例(300颗牙)前牙牙体缺损患者为观察对象，随机将其分为纤维桩核组、铸造桩核组以及成品桩组，对比三组患者冠修复治疗效果。结果：三组患者临床治疗效果对比具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：本次临床研究结果证实，纤维桩核用于前牙牙体缺损的临床治疗，具有较高的推广和应用价值。
