【摘 要】优质外科护理服务是我国深化医药卫生体制改革的重要举措之一，把“以病人为中心”作为指导思想，进一步完善外科护理模式，加强临床外科护理工作，提高外科护理的总体质量，保障医疗卫生安全。人们的个人权益意识、维权意识在不断的提高，这直接促使我国医疗体系之中的医患关系紧张，时常有安全事件发生，特别是在外科护理中出现安全事件的频率更高。针对我院外科护理危机管理的措施以及各方面重要性进行了全方位的分析，为我国外科护理危机解决措施提出个人的体会。
