【摘 要】目的：探讨急诊内快速顺序插管在脑外伤及脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法：对我院40例脑外伤及脑卒中患者病例随机分为对照组20例与治疗组20例。对照组采用常规部分镇静表面麻醉下经口气管内插管治疗，治疗组采用快速顺序插管治疗。结果：两组脑外伤及脑卒中患者临床手术治疗效果具有显著差异性。结论：脑外伤及脑卒中患者采用快速顺序插管治疗的临床疗效明显优于常规经口气管内插管治疗的临床疗效。

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the emergency rapid sequence intubation in patients with traumatic brain injury and stroke in the application results. Methods：Our hospital 40 cases of traumatic brain injury and stroke patients were randomly divided into a control group of 20 patients with treatment group 20 cases.The control group using the conventional intubation treatment group using rapid sequence intubation.
