【摘 要】目的：探讨改良阴式子宫切除术(TVH)在子宫良性病变的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2011年l月至2012年12本院妇产科46例行改良阴式子宫切除术患者的临床资料。结果：46例患者均成功完成手术，无副损伤及并发症的发生，在防止阴道前、后壁及穹窿脱垂及改善患者压力性尿失禁方面效果满意，46例患者痊愈出院。结论：改良阴式子宫切除术出血量减少，手术时间缩短，操作难度降低，副损伤、术后并发症减少，患者恢复快，提高了患者生活质量。
