【摘 要】目的：观察龙虎交战针法配合温针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将神经根型颈椎病病例60例，按照随机原则分为2组，治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用龙虎交战针法配合温针灸治疗，对照组采用平补平泻针法治疗，观察治疗前后疼痛评分及临床疗效。结果：治疗组在疼痛评分及临床疗效上优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：龙虎交战针法配合温针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病有较好的临床疗效。
