【摘 要】糖尿病肾病，属中医学“消渴”“水肿”“尿浊”“关格”等范畴。中医治疗以改善体质状态，防治或延缓并发症的出现。真武汤、五苓散和肾气丸，临床用于糖尿病肾病，疗效理想。主要在改善体质状态，防治或延缓并发症的出现。
