雾化吸入3%高渗盐水、肾上腺素治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

【摘 要】目的：观察氧气驱动雾化吸入3%高渗盐水、肾上腺素在治疗毛细支气管炎中的临床疗效。方法：将150例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组(生理盐水+肾上腺素)、治疗组(3%高渗盐水+肾上腺素)，治疗7-10天观察其有效率。结果：治疗组总有效率(98%)高于对照组(86%)，差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 氧气驱动雾化吸入3%高渗盐水、肾上腺素对治疗毛细支气管炎有良好的辅助作用。

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical effect of inhaled 3% hypertonic saline solution combined with epinephrine on infants with bronchiolitis. Methods： A total of 100 infants with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into control group(0.9% saline solution combined with epinephrine) and treatment group (3% saline solution combined with epinephrine) with 50 cases in each group.
