【摘 要】目的：探讨儿童早期婴幼儿龋的发生发展及严重程度与母亲的关系。方法：选取儿童918名，检查其患龋情况，并同时对其母亲就其生产方式、喂养习惯、母亲龋齿情况发放问卷调查，以对既定考察指标进行统计。结果：患龋儿童302名，患龋率为17.54%，问卷调查显示，母亲早产组、A组、患龋组的婴幼儿龋的发生率均显著高于足月组、B组、非患龋组(P<0.01)。结论：考察母亲因素并制定有针对性的预防措施是有效降低早期婴幼儿龋的重要途径。
