人性化护理在150例初产妇选择分娩方式中的应用(1)

【摘 要】目的：我院采用人性化护理方法对初产妇的分娩方式进行选择方面的应用效果进行分析研究。方法：抽取300例初产妇病例，将其分为A、B两组，平均每组150例。分别采用临床传统方法对分娩方式和人性化护理方法对分娩方式进行选择。对两组产妇的产程和分娩情况进行比较分析。结果：B组产妇的产程时间明显短于A组产妇；该组产妇分娩安全性提高，产后康复和新生儿的转归也较A组效果更佳。结论：采用人性化护理可以使初产妇的分娩方式，在选择方面更具针对性，可以使产妇分娩顺利，减少因不理的分娩所导致的产道损伤，尤其是产后康复及新生儿的转归取得良好效果。
