     【摘 要】临床教学是医学教育过程的重要组成部分 ，是医学生理论与临床实践相结合的过程 ，也是医学生培养独立工作能力的关键环节。我院应用PDCA管理法开展临床教学工作，通过强化领导管理，重视师资培训，激发学生主动性，不断提高临床教学质量和效果。
