【摘 要】目的：探讨心理干预对脑血管造影患者焦虑的影响。方法：对80例脑血管造影患者进行状态焦虑量表(SAI)测评，根据患者焦虑情况实施心理干预。结果：通过对脑血管造影患者进行有效心理干预，干预组SAI值由心理干预前的(56.07±7.47)分减少到心理干预后的(45.35±2.41)分，干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，对照组无明显差异。结论：有效的心理干预能够减轻脑血管造影患者的焦虑，有利于脑血管造影术的顺利完成

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of mental intervention on the anxiety of patients receiving digital substraction angiography .Methods：80 patients receiving digital substraction angiography were randomly divided into intervention group and control group and tested with SAI. The scores of SAI was evaluated effect before intervention and after intervention. Results： The results showed there was significant difference in SAI between the groups of intervention (p<0.01).Conclusion： Mental intervention is an effective method to reduce the anxiety in patients receiving digital substraction angiography
