【摘 要】目的：分析中江县孕产妇死亡状况、死因构成、顺位以及主要的影响因素，为进一步降低孕产妇死亡率提供依据。方法：采用回顾性研究方法对2003-2013年全县42份孕产妇死亡报告卡进行分析及统计。结果：平均死亡率为41.65/10万。死亡原因顺序：产后出血、妊娠合并心脏病、羊水栓塞、妊高征。结论：进一步完善三级保健网建设及管理，加强对卫生知识的宣传力度，完善医疗救助体系有效降低孕产妇死亡率。
